Ansyst Consulting (“Ansyst”, “we”, “us” or “our”) develops and sells computer software
systems. In providing our services, and considering the importance of personal information,
we have established a personal information protection policy to protect the individual’s
rights and interests, and all employees shall carry out this policy in good faith.
“Personal information” as used in this policy shall mean any information that enables us
to identify you, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identifier such as your name,
identification number, online identifier or one or more factors specific to you.
Please be aware that this Privacy Policy does not govern all the information Ansyst
may process. This Privacy Policy is also incorporated into and governed by our Terms of
Use.
Our commitments to employees are governed by our internal employment policies. In all

we are committed to transparency with our customers, employees, and protecting the privacy

To take advantage of certain features of Ansyst service through ScribeM you will be
required to provide us with information (including personal identifiable information
and non-personally identifiable information)
Personally, identifiable information: Personally identifiable information identifies
you, or may be used to identify or interact. Examples of publicly identifiable
information include your name, IP address, business name, work title, address,
email address, telephone number and credit card and billing information.
Non- personally identifiable information: Non- personally identifiable information
is information that cannot be used to identify or contact you by itself, including
demographic details (such as age, occupation, company, gender, current location, or
zip code.), IP addresses, browser forms, domain names and statistical data relating
to the usage of the Ansyst service.
We sell no records, including your personal information. We can only process your personal data according to relevant data security and data privacy laws. To give access to ScribeM software we need some personal details. When you’ve registered with us, you’ll be asked to check a tick box showing your permission to provide this information to access our service. This consent provide us the legal justification for processing your data which is required under applicable law. You retain the right, at any time, to revoke that consent. If you agree not to use your personal data as per this policy, please do not use our website. For certain services, ScribeM may employ Artificial Intelligence (AI) or other similar technologies, which may include the processing of user data such as audio to transcribe and summerie the audio. ScribeM takes the user consent to use their data for some AI Models before registration process.
When you use our services, we collect information about you, including visiting our websites and taking some action inside the services or giving the access to ScribeM to collect the data.
Recording of Audio: ScribeM records the audio to use in the AI-model for transcribing and summarize to generate AI generated minutes of meetings.
Google and MS calendar Data: ScribeM uses Calendar API to fetch all calendar events and show and give access to user to manage them in one platform. ScribeM dosen't fetch these data automatically. User have choice whether he/she willing to give access to these API or not. After user giving the access using the account setting option then only ScribeM proceeds to use these APIs.
Your use of the services: When you visit and connect with any of our services, we keep track of some details about you. This information includes the apps that you are using; the assignments, projects, teams and other links that you are clicking on; the sort, the size and file names of attachments that you are uploading to the services; commonly used search terms; and how you communicate with other services. We also gather information about the teams and people you work with, and how you connect with them, such as how most often collaborate and communicate.
Device and connection information: In order to access the services, we collect information about your computer, phone, tablet or other devices. Such system information includes your type of connection and settings when downloading, accessing, upgrading, or using our services. We will also gather information about your operating system, browser type, IP address, referring/ exit pages URLs, user identifiers, and crash data from your computer. To provide with you better customer experience, we use your IP address and/or country preferences to estimate your location. How much of the information we obtain depends on the system type and settings you use to access the services.
Cookies and other tracking technologies: A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. We use session ID cookies on this site. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site. We use session cookies to make it possible to navigate the secure environment inside our site. When you log into ScribeM, your browser may ask if you want it to remember you as a registered user of ScribeM. If you accept, the session ID becomes a persistent cookie, which expires after two weeks of non-use. You can remove persistent cookies manually by following directions provided in your Internet browser’s “help” file. If you refuse cookies, you will not be able to use ScribeM, since session ID cookies are essential to navigation.
Log files : We collect non-personally identifiable information from our web log files which record data such as IP addresses, browser configurations, domain names and other sensitive statistical details regarding the usage of the ScribeM. This information can be used to evaluate patterns, administer the ScribeM service, track the usage of the ScribeM service and collect general demographic data of these and other purposes, we may connect this information personally identifiable information, such as personalizing your experience with the ScribeM service and evaluating the ScribeM service.
We collect information about you from other users of the app, from third-party providers and from our business partners and networks.
Other users of the services: When uploading content through the Services other users of our services can provide information about you. For instance, someone else might mention you on a task, or a member of a team might upload content about you to ScribeM. We also collect your email address from other users of the services to invite you to the services when they have it. Likewise, if you are appointed as another administrator for a task, team or an enterprise or Unlimited Account, an administrator can provide your contact information.
Certain partners: We collect information from third- party agencies about you and your activities on and off the web, such as advertising and market research agencies, which provide us with information about your involvement in and interaction with our services. We collect your certain information by Google APIs like Google Calender and it is totally optional, If the user already enables/give access to use the Google APIs feature then ScribeM allows their user to revoke the permission/configuration to share their data anytime by changing the setting by using the service/feature provided in both web panel and mobile apps.
Artificial Intelligence services: For certain services, ScribeM may employ Artificial Intelligence (AI) or other similar technologies, which may include the processing of user data such as audio. ScribeM takes the user consent to use their data for some AI Models before registration the process. ScribeM will take reasonable means to preserve the privacy and security of such data, but ScribeM is not liable for any loss or harm resulting from the user's use of AI or similar technologies. By utilizing ScribeM' services, the user understands and accepts the risks involved with the use of AI or similar technologies and agrees to indemnify and hold ScribeM harmless for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from such usage.
ScribeM uses user audio in AI models to transcribe and summerise the audio to generate Meeting Minutes. There are no third party AI models/APIs are used in the software. The AI models are developed and maintained by us and processed in our server.
ScribeM takes user consent before registration by explicitly written on the page so user can read easily and ScribeM not recorded anything in background. and the recorded audio delete immediately after completion of the transcribe and summerization process. ScribeM doesn't keep the recorded audio. No other user data used by the AI models. ScribeM doesn't use any third party API like Google API data with the AI models.
You may cancel and delete your Account at any time by either using the features on the Services to do so (in both web panel and mobile app) or by written notice to [email protected]. After cancellation your profile will be purged and, you will no longer have access to your Account, your profile or any other information through the Services. The provisions of these Terms of Service which by their intent or meaning intended to survive such termination, including without limitation the provisions relating to disclaimer of warranties, limitations of liability, and indemnification, shall survive any termination of these Terms of Service and any termination of your use of or subscription to the Services and shall continue to apply indefinitely.
We may periodically update this Privacy Policy. By notifying you of these adjustments by email, we do not make modifications that result in substantial additional uses or exposures of your publicly identifying details. We can also make limited revisions to this Privacy Policy but do not necessarily substantially impact our usage of your publicly identifiable information, for which email is not required. We recommend that you regularly search this page for any updates. If any unimportant improvements to this Privacy Policy are intolerable to you, you will email us immediately and avoid using the ScribeM Service before the problem is resolved. After making no major updates to this Privacy Policy, the continuing usage of ScribeM Program signifies the approval of those improvements.
